1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and the Terms of Service, Wempe Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ATC Trainer for your personal or organizational training purposes, within the limits of your subscription tier.

2. Ownership

This license does not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. All software, design, scenario content, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Wempe Works and are protected by copyright:

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except where applicable law grants you that right notwithstanding this restriction;
• Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the Service;
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

4. Third-Party Components

ATC Trainer is built using a number of open-source software components (e.g. .NET/ASP.NET Core, Blazor, PostgreSQL and its .NET driver, Whisper.net, Piper), each governed by its own respective open-source license. Use of those components within the Service does not grant you any rights to them outside of using the Service as intended.

5. Your Own Content

Areas, routes, scenarios, or other content you create within the Service remain governed by these license terms for as long as they exist on the Service — you're granted the right to create, edit, and use them within your account, but this license does not grant you rights to extract or redistribute Wempe Works' underlying platform.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms, or when your account is closed. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service.

7. No Other Rights

Except for the limited license expressly granted above, no other rights are granted to you, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
